Thinking of studying with us?

We have study options to suit everyone!
You could study a certificate, diploma or bachelor programme in your area of interest.
Check out our career and study options – choose a subject and you’ll be able to see a list of related programmes of study.

Just short of some credits?

NCEA Level 3 credits
If you’re just short of gaining NCEA Level 3, our New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 3) will get your ready for study success. These programmes take 16 weeks (one semester) to complete and give you the qualifications you need to apply for study at tertiary level.
These programmes are tailored specifically for Unitec’s diploma and degree level programmes meaning the content is highly relevant to the programme you may want to enter – for example Architecture, Nursing, and Engineering.
Maths credits
If you need NCEA Level 2 maths credits to apply for your choice of programme, then our Science Maths Certificate of Proficiency will get you the credits you need. We can get you started as soon as possible, and within six weeks you could be back on track.
