Kimbrian has 24 years professional experience as a ballet dancer in South Africa reaching principal status as a dancer. He has danced in Denmark, UK, France, Chile, Australia and across South Africa, and has won several awards for dancing excellence in South Africa.

In 2000 Kimbrian was a founding member and ballet master of South African Ballet Theatre (currently the largest dance company in South Africa), taking classes and coaching leading dancers in the country. In 2004 he moved to New Zealand with his wife.

In New Zealand he joined Unitec part-time teaching ballet technique whilst running a Sport Nutrition business. In 2007 he increased his hours tutoring ballet technique to full-time.

Kimbrian believes discipline and hard work is the key to success. He has a passion for the outdoors including watersports and extreme sports.

Kimbrian has been a professional ballet dancer for 24 years and has danced all the major 3 Act classical ballets as a principal dancer and soloist, and over 30 different 1 act ballets.

Kimbrian has performed many guest artist roles since moving to New Zealand, mostly within Australia.

Recently Kimbrian has dappled in performing and directing Contemporary dance works,particullarly for PROJECTion Dance in Australia. Kimbrian frequently teaches for the NZ Dance company.
