Aim:
To equip the student to be able to describe: the site, the foundations and sub-structure, the passive fire protection requirements, the structure, the envelope, and the interior of a medium building of specific design.
Prerequisites/Co-requisites:
Students must be admitted to the National Diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction Mgt or Quantity Surveying to enrol in this course. Pre-requisite for NDCM & NDQS: CONS5C01.Students must enrol in both CONS6C23-SA & SB to complete this course.
