Terms and Conditions of entry
- A voucher for a value of $1,000 will be awarded for each month of the promotion, being for each of September, October, November and December 2012.
- Each $1,000 voucher may be redeemed at Bunnings Warehouse stores.
- Winners will be drawn at random from all those that have submitted their details through the Unitec "Made It Map". The draw will take place on the last Friday of each month between September and December 2012 (or closest working day).
- Winners will be required to verify that they undertook the work described on their Made It Map submission.
- Unitec Institute of Technology (Unitec) reserves the right at its sole discretion not to accept or to remove any entries that it considers are or may be invalid, inappropriate or objectionable.
- Prizes will be sent out to winners within two weeks of being selected.
- Unitec and its agencies accept no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Unitec reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
- The personal information collected by Unitec will comprise an entrant's name and email address and is required to properly conduct this promotion. This information will be used to contact prize winners and may be used for marketing purposes.
- Unitec has legal obligations under the Privacy Act 1993 and is required to comply with the Act's privacy principles in respect of the collection of personal information from individuals.
- To the full extent permitted by law, Unitec will not be liable to any winner or any other person associated with the prize draw in respect of any claim for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any physical or mental injury suffered by a winner as a result of or in connection with the competition or by reason of the utilisation or application of any prize won in the competition.
- Unitec reserves the right to substitute a prize for another of its choosing to the same value or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of their control. There is no cash alternative to any prize.
- The prizes are subject to availability and change.
