Tulia Moss is author/designer, co-coordinator and delivery lecturer of the Packaging design papers and for entry-level-student studio papers in Graphic design at the Institute of Communication Design at Massey University in Wellington.  New Zealand born, Moss gained a Graphic Design Degree with Hons. from Kingston-Upon Thames University, Surrey in the 80's. Some years as an industry practitioner offshore and within New Zealand followed. In 2008 Tulia Moss achieved Master of Design with Distinction for her packaging design and thesis about the semiotics of New Zealand milk packaging signs and their symbolic significance within the culture.
