Registration types
Cumulus Members - 100 EURO - approx $225 NZD
Inclusive of Maori Hangi, Kiwiana evening meal and entertainment, Pacifika Umu.
Non-Cumulus Members - 130 EURO - approx $295 NZD
Inclusive of Maori Hangi, Kiwiana evening meal and entertainment, Pacifika Umu.
Private sector delegates - 170 EURO - approx $386 NZD
Inclusive of Maori Hangi, Kiwiana evening meal and entertainment, Pacifika Umu.
Students - 50 EURO - approx $113 NZD
Not inclusive of Kiwiana evening meal and entertainment, to arrange this an on-site fee will be necessary.
Cancellation policy
A full refund is available for cancellations received before 09 October for those paying by credit card. Bank Transfer payments will incur a €30 cancellation fee. From 10 October no refunds are available.

Registration is made through Helsinki University of Technology - on a "first come first served basis"

We advise you to prepare your contact, and payment information before you start the registering process. You do not have to log into the system, but your registration will not be valid if you do not choose a method of payment
Step I
| 1. | Start with clicking ‘Fill in the form'. |
| 2. | All fields marked with stars are obligatory, and you cannot move onto the next stage until they are completed |
| 3. | Check if your e-mail address is correct, as all confirmation messages will be sent to the address you provide. |
| 4. | Save the form and click the ‘Submit' button. |

| 5. | Select the payment method and click the ‘Proceed with payment' button |
Note:
If you select to pay by credit card, please be ready to provide your credit card information. Sometimes also the second security code might be needed. [This is usually located on the back of the card] If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please print the bank transfer information from the system. If you need an invoice, it will be sent to you by post in a few days after registration.
