Become competent in the use of programs like AutoCAD, and find out how to calculate quantities and source materials for a variety of boatbuilding projects. Develop the ability to select and use a range of boatbuilding equipment, and learn to use related machinery. You also become knowledgeable about health and safety standards, navigation and boat handling for inshore sailing.
