Want to kick-start your career as a veterinary nurse? Acquire a broad knowledge of basic animal care for a range of animal species. Learn the fundamentals of animal nursing, and get practical experience at the on-campus veterinary hospital and external clinics across Auckland.

Get your veterinary nursing career off the ground with the Certificate in Animal Management (Animal Clinical Care). You’ll gain the skills to work as part of a veterinary nursing team, and to work towards achieving a veterinary nursing qualification. During your studies, you’ll focus on the clinical aspects of animal management, and will develop your understanding of clinical work and clinical-based study.
