Each summer, Fonterra offers an intern programme for Engineering, Food Tech and Science university students.  Applicants will ideally be heading into their final year of study in 2013.

Our undergraduate programme gives upcoming engineers, innovators and scientists the opportunity to get involved in a range of exciting projects – creating new ice creams, designing new waste water solutions, undertaking energy research and many, many more!

Fonterra Technical Interns are held in high regard within our business with many going on to our graduate program in subsequent years. The internship is a great way to start your career journey with Fonterra that can develop once you finish your studies.

Ideally you will be heading into your final year of study in 2013 and are open to location. We have internship opportunities at our main manufacturing sites (Waikato, Taranaki and the South Island) as well as our world class research and development centre in Palmerston North.
