This fieldwork practicum provides an opportunity for social work students to extend their professional learning in a practice setting.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Pre-requisites: CSTU7960.
Topics include: 

The relationship between self identity, the use of personal skills in client engagement, and the fulfilment of agency mandate.
The consideration of ethical questions with reference to professional codes of conduct and the requirements of professional bodies such as the 'Social Work Registration Board'. Critical reflection on practice.
