Jarad Johanson
HR Administrator
MOTAT
Jarad completed a Business degree at Unitec majoring in HR. Jarad enjoyed the smaller class sizes at Unitec and during his last year he did an internship at a recruitment company where he did general HR.
Jarad landed his current job working in the HR department at MOTAT by targeting 20 companies and sending them all his CV, rather than the standard way of applying for a vacancy from an ad. He believes the practical experience he gained in his last year at Unitec helped him to gain his position at MOTAT.
