The primary function of the ask I.M.S. Help Desk is to provide a single point of contact for Unitec students and staff from all schools/departments. The Help Desk team will resolve, log, manage and co-ordinate all requests relating to our Information Technology services.

Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
