Ask I.M.S. helpdesk

Information Management Services (IMS) offers support for all information technology services and systems at Unitec. Ask I.M.S. Helpdesk is the contact point for Unitec students and staff from all departments and schools who need assistance or training relating to information technology services.

We offer the following help and support:

• HelpDesks
• Training (Computer Orientation for new students at the start of each
  semester and Long Documentation for PostGrad Students)
• Computer login support
• Moodle login support
• Unitec student email (Wairaka) support
• MyUnitec support
• Wireless assistance

The Ask I.M.S. website provides online computing and IT-related services and information.
