Ask I.T. helpdesk

Information Technology offer support for all information technology services and systems at Unitec. The ask I.T. help desk is a single point of contact for Unitec students and staff from all departments and schools. We will log, manage, co-ordinate and resolve all requests relating to our information technology services.

We provide services to students including:

• HelpDesks
• Training (Computer Orientation for new students at the start of each
  semester and Long Documentation for PostGrad Students)
• Computer login support
• Moodle login support
• Unitec student email (Wairaka) support
• MyUnitec support
• Wireless assistance

The ask I.T. website provides online computing and IT-related services and information.
