Interested in accounting? Become competent in accounting principles, financial accounting, business finance and taxation. Further your decision-making and communication skills, and apply what you've learnt in practical assignments.

Do you want to work in accountancy? Accountants are instrumental in the creation of wealth. It’s not enough to be merely a number cruncher – today’s accountants need a sound understanding of a broad range of business principles to help companies achieve their financial goals. As a graduate of the New Zealand Diploma in Business, specialising in accounting, you’ll be equipped with skills in the technical aspects of accounting and will be in a position to offer technical support to an accountant or financial officer.
