ISACA STUDENT GROUP (ISG)

Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Student Groups (ISGs) encourages education beyond the classroom by enabling computing students (with a focus on cybersecurity in particular) to connect, network and learn from a supportive group of professionals and each other. We have monthly group meetings and events where a specific topic will be covered by industry experts. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE STUDENT ASSOCIATION

We are a community of students engaging across the different years of the Unitec BLA to share skills and show our work. Led by the volunteered efforts of students, our club serves as a catalyst for exploration, collaboration, and making a positive impact on our campus. Our club is a hub of inspiration, where students from various backgrounds gather to foster a community approach to landscape architecture. From aspiring first-year landscape architects to experienced third and fourth-year soon the be graduates - we provide a platform for diverse minds to unite and contribute their unique perspectives.

Through a range of engaging activities, we explore the latest trends, techniques, and principles in landscape architecture. We hope to organize workshops, guest lectures by industry professionals, and site visits to renowned projects, providing valuable opportunities to learn and grow outside the classroom. But it's not just about learning; it's about rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty. We hope to connect students to real-world projects, both within our campus and the wider community. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, friendship, and lifelong connections. We celebrate each other's successes, share our challenges, and inspire one another to reach new heights.
