To enable students to undertake critical investigations into leadership concepts and to apply principles of leadership to their own professional development.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Pre-requisites: For BBus programme: BSNS5390. Restriction: APMGNZ630.
Topics include: 

Leadership concepts, behaviours, traits, skills, attitudes, knowledge, contemporary developments, situational factors, cultural aspects and current abilities
Evaluation of leadership potential, leadership concepts are applied leadership in relation to social responsibility
