To enable students to develop an understanding of the basic techniques and systems involved in planning and estimating.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Restrictions: CONS5801 and CONS5502.

Basic measuring
Measurement theory,
Introduction to Standard Methods of Measurement, Basic manual measurement techniques
