Aim: 
To develop students’ ability to critically assess the impact that individuals and groups/teams have on behaviours within organisations.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to Bach of Business or GDip in Business to enrol in this course. BBus: Pre-reqs BSNS5341 or APMG5341. Restriction: APMG6342. GDBus: Co-req: BSNS5341 or APMG5341. Restriction: APMG6342.
Topics include: 

The nature of organisational behaviour, group dynamics, personality and values, attitude and job satisfaction, global issues, power and politics, organisational conflict, negotiation and stress, organisational culture, change, leadership, motivation.
