Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the New Zealand Diploma in Business programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisite: A minimum of 2 New Zealand Diploma in Business courses. Restriction: ALAFNZ110.

1. The New Zealand legal system
2. The tort of negligence
3. The law of contract
4. Principles of Property Law & Sale of Goods Act
5. Consumer Law
6. Legal topic affecting business
