Aim: 
To enable students to plan and organise moderately complex construction projects.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction programme or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisite: For BCons: CONS6401.
Topics include: 

Up to four storey buildings with multiple internal partitions, hidden structure and services, and basement level(s)
Determining and evaluating construction methodologies
Site layout
Materials handling, storage and distribution, Site facilities and amenities
Temporary works (sacrificial work)
Site facilities, Formwork, Scaffolding, Hoardings
