Aim: 
To enable students to be able to prepare estimates and provide professional advice on the cost of building construction.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Construction programme or the Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisites: BCons: CONS6202 and CONS6104.
