Aim: 
To provide the participants with a framework for applied wireless communications through research and industry contact.
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Master of Computing programme or the Postgraduate Diploma in Computing programme to enrol in this course.
Topics include: 

Study the principles of wireless communications, investigate the latest mobile communications including 1G, 2G, 3G and 4G,
assess the application of Wireless LAN and MAN (WiMAx), investigate the principles of microwave, satellite, Radar, GPS, and RFID wireless communications
Analyse the latest trends and impact of wireless communications
