Aim: 
To enable students to develop an understanding of management and organisational concepts in the implementation of engineering projects
Pre-requisites / Co-requisites: 
Students must be admitted to the Bachelor of Engineering Technology programme to enrol in this course. Pre-requisite: ENGG MG5003. Restriction: ENGGMG6003.
Topics include: 

1. Engineering projects, phases.
2. Engineering law.
3. Scope and time management.
4. Procurement.
5. Operations Management.
6. Management of resources.
7. Contract documentation.
8. Cost and financial management.
9. Risk management.
10. Quality management/assurance.
