Strategic Plan

Our aspiration is to be a world-class, world-scale institute of technology that is an agent of economic, social and environmental change.

Such a goal doesn't come easily, so we've created a Strategic Plan that describes what we are, where we want to go and most importantly, how we are going to get there.

Our plan has been designed from the ground-up; based on discussions with our key stakeholders – students and staff, communities, industry, councils and government.

Their feedback, and the insights we gained, led us to focus our activities on four key areas:

• meeting the needs of the community
• enhancing the student experience
• innovation in teaching and learning
• being an excellent business.
