Co-requisite/Pre-requisite – If you are adding a course you will need to first check if you satisfy the entry requirements for the course and how this may impact your study plan. For advice on study options please contact 0800 10 95 10.
Timetable clash – When swapping to a different class or adding a new paper please check the timetable to prevent a clash with your existing papers before proceeding. You can easily swap between different streams for the same class by submitting an online change enrolment request.
Number of credits – If your Change Enrolment request will mean that your status changes from full time to part time or you will exceed the maximum number of points there may be implications for your International visa and insurance or StudyLink entitlements for Domestic Students. If you are an International student, please contact the International Office if your request will impact your number of credits. Domestic Students please note that this may impact your student allowance or studylink. Please contact StudyLink to understand impacts. Any request to study more than 60 credits will be assessed by a relevant Academic Leader and your previous grades will be taken in to consideration.
Fee and grade impact for late changes/withdrawal – If you wish to change your enrolment between the course start date and up to 2 weeks (or more for double semester courses) after the start date of your course you may be entitled to a 90% refund and your enrolment in the course will not appear on your transcript. If your change of enrolment falls outside the 10% time frame you may be charged the full fees for the course and the record may appear on your transcript as a grade of W or DNC (Did not complete).
