I have missed the deadline for graduation applications, what can I do?

Applying to graduate is a formal process whereby all graduands are officially confirmed by Unitec Institute of Technology’s Academic Board and Council.  Without an application form we cannot process your graduation certificate.

If you have missed the deadline, you can apply for the next Graduation by completing the online Graduation Application Form. Unitec hold two graduation ceremonies each year - one in April and another in September. For more detailed information on Graduation please click here.

If you require a letter of completion to confirm that you have completed the requirements of your course before you receive your graduation certificate, you can download a Request for Confirmation form and send it to study@unitec.ac.nz. This form is also available from your nearest Student Central location.
