Our core fields of study are Accounting and Finance, Management and Marketing. In this pathway, we prepare our students to have a sound understanding of the principles and practices in real-world business settings with a focus on their chosen field of expertise.

School overview

We use an integrated, holistic approach to learning, with students exposed to principles around how an organisation operates, communication, decision making, numeracy and presentation skills, across all areas of business. 

Unitec tutors develop contacts with local and global businesses so our students can benefit from cutting edge business techniques as well as high calibre work placements during their study. 

In addition to the necessary theoretical learning, we promote hands-on learning and connecting our students direct to industry. We are committed to our students’ personal and professional development in order to give them the strongest start in a competitive global market.
