I.M.S. Service Availability Status

 

Normal Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.00am - 7.00pm
Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday: Closed

 Service Availability

 Service Status: Ok

IMS system engineers will be carrying out PeopleSoft database maintenance on Saturday 4th May from 7.00am to 1.00pm.
 
During this period the following systems will be unavailable:
 
ALL Peoplesoft Environments (CS, HCM, FMS, CRM)
MyUnitec Portal
GroupWise External Access (via Portal)
Docushare (Policies And Procedures)

Student Self Service

As of Wed 26th October, MyRecords has been replaced by Student Self Service, now available in the MyUnitec Portal.

Lapshop
Unitec students can purchase Microsoft software at significantly discounted prices through the Student Select agreement. The software is available for purchase online at www.cycloneonline.co.nz. Laptops can also be purchased on line at www.cycloneonline.co.nz. This partnership has been endorsed by Microsoft to ensure licencing compliance while maintaining confidentiality for purchasers. All students with a current Student ID are able to purchase from this site.

Free 4 U provide MS Office training courses at Henderson and Albany.
