Replacement Certificate
Students of Unitec can request a replacement graduation certificate from Student Central for $25.00.
Please note: Students who have recently completed their programme will receive a free certificate at the Graduation Ceremony.
To obtain a replacement graduation certificate you can either:
- Download, print, complete and return (by fax or post) the Request for Replacement Graduation Certificate form. Please ensure your cheque or credit card details are included.
- Visit any one of our Student Central centres, and complete the Request for Replacement Graduation Certificate form. The form and payment is collected at the Cashier's office.
- Contact Student Central on 0800 10 95 10 (+64 9 815 3013 ext 7193) and request that a replacement certificate be sent to you.
If you are after an Academic Record (Transcript) instead, you will need to complete that form.
